Refund policy

Please note all deposits are non-refundable. Bookings for summer camps will only be accepted upon receipt of a non refundable deposit and administrative booking free of €50 per person. 

No refunds will be given for cancellations received less that 4 weeks before the start of the camps, that is July 1, 2024 for this current year. Balance payments will be refunded for cancellations made before May 31, 2024. 

No refunds will be made following expulsions.

Camps may be cancelled and or postponed, in which case credit notes will be made available to all our affected customers to be used at the next available camp and will be eligible until the end of the summer 2024.
